Under EU Customs and Excise Regulations, participants from all countries are obligated to pay VAT on any event within the EU.
Online Registration
Online registration always will be confirmed. An automatic reply will be immediately sent to the e-mail provided during registration. We will send you proforma invoice within a few days.
If your registration will be interrupted for some reasons, you can use the same registration’s e-mail address to register again.

Conference fee can be made by use of a bank transfer based on proforma invoice

Refunds
When abstract is not accepted, registration fees will be refunded.
Participant Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made up to five days before the event, by contacting the Organizing Committee mdmm@ug.edu.pl.Cancellations should be reported to the Organizing Committee, and the cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellation notice sent 60 days before the start of the event: the registration fees will be refunded in 80%.
- Cancellation notice prior to 30 days prior the start of the event: registration fees will be refunded in 50%.
- Cancellation notice sent in the period shorter than 30 days: the registration fees will not be refunded.
Data Protection
"I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data with regard to name, surname, title, affiliation and e-mail address by the University of Gdańsk with its seat in Gdańsk (80-309)) at ul. Bażyńskiego 8, for the purpose of organising and holding the conference.
I moreover declare that I have been informed of the possibility of withdrawing my consent at any time and that the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent prior to its withdrawal."

Pictures & Video Waiver
During the event, pictures and video can be done and might be taken by organizers for the documentation of the event. By visiting the conference, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights.
Please note that taking pictures of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden.
Liability and Insurance
Organizers will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants should organize a travel and health insurance by themselves.
In the unlikely event that the Organizing Committee decided the cancelation of the event is necessary, all pre-paid registration fees will be returned. Organizing Committee is not responsible for return of travel costs or accommodation arrangements.
