Registration & conference fees The conference fee amount depends on when your payment is made. Please observe the following dates when making your payment.

Exchange rates as of September 9th: 1EUR = 4.10 zł, 1USD = 3.20 zł (check latest). The conference fee includes admission to the conference, the book of abstracts, refreshments, and admission to the conference dinner. Accommodation costs and meals are not included.

If you will be staying in Student Guest Houses T-14 or T-15, then please add the corresponding room charge to your registration fee. Due to the limited number of rooms in these locations, your preliminary reservation has to be confirmed by the organizers.
